On Cows

I like cows

They look docile and dumb

With big sweet eyes

We all know and agree to this, right?

My favorite part of the cow, for visual reference only, is the hip bone.

It awkwardly sticks out, pointy mountain tops not quite angled towards the sky

I want to stick a cows hip point into my eye socket and give myself a massage, you know, looking for that elusive eye itch that you hope isn't settling allergy or eye infection

Although after a cow hip bone massage it may end up being the latter

A souvenir of adoration

Maybe

I like cows when they stick their tongue in to their nose, hunting or cleaning

I think I would do that quite a lot if I could. I might walk through Kentucky with my tongue in my nose if I had the option. I would wear colorful clothes

Cow eyes, black and big, are kind and lack all ill-meaning, unless of course rider and hunting horse get too close

Then one may witness docile slow cow turn into a death machine that makes horses pivot on their haunches and gallop off in equal terror

Hopefully the rider has managed to grab the pommel and hasnt fallen behind

Cows have an endearing tuft of fur.. Or hair? On top of their head where their skulls come to an akward point. Similar to the hip bone point, but hidden with cuteness

It’s fun to scratch up there and see them drop their heads in relaxation like a giant beef dog

Cows are built funny. It seems like two thirds of their weight is in the front and the last one third is in the back. Its counterintuitive to what I would like to call balance and acceleration

Maybe they know something I don't
